Parents of the Year

Okay, so a few days ago, we did the unthinkable.  We got home late from a birthday party on a school night.  When we got home Juliana was asleep.  We (Myself, Roger and Wendy - 3 adults all present) placed her in the middle of my bed while we got pajamas and what not.  When you guessed it.  Our non-ambulatory daughter who never sits up by herself gave it a good ole college try, successfully sat up and fell off my bed.  She cried for a second but seemed to be more startled than hurt.  She seemed ok, and then a few days later she doesn't want to walk on her leg and is generally cranky.

So guess who has a fractured tibia. Ugh. But she is the best patient
